✰ rights to commercial use are not included in the price. commercial use means using the characters in books, movies, comics, merch, etc that you intend to sell. monetized video content like streams or youtube videos is allowed.if you wish to use your adopt for commercial use, let me know in your claim request (or whenever you decide you want to use them commercially!) and we can talk about fees.✰ reselling and trading the adopt is allowed. be sure to link this page to the new owner, and credit me/link back to my socials when making reselling posts. do not make nfts of/with the adopt or my art.✰ the adopt is yours to make art of, write about, commission art of, etc!✰ all adoptables are aged 21+, nsfw use is allowed. however, do not make minor/adult or inc*st content with designs you buy from me.✰ adoptables are non-gendered, they can be whatever gender you like!✰ you can edit your adopt's design in writing or art you commission/draw of them; you can't edit my art though.✰ if you post/use my art of the adoptable, credit/tag me on w/e social media you're posting on (socials linked below).✰ you don't need to credit/tag me for art you draw or commission of the adoptable design, but feel free to!how to claim
